Terms of service

By purchasing Personal License Digital Download files you agree to the following: 

  • You will not redistribute these files for free or commercial use, nor transfer ownership under any circumstances.
  • You will not sell blank printed copies. 
    • You MAY sell painted copies.
  • You may not remove the Hexed Hooves maker's mark on the file or printed model.
  • Brushes or parts files (such as ears, heads, VDMs, IMMs, etc) may not be extracted for use outside of their intended programs or purpose without the express permission of Hexed Hooves. 
    • Further, if permission is given to convert brushes or parts for use in another program not already supported, you agree to share the files with Hexed Hooves to make it available to others. (Credit will be given to you for the help.) 
  • You cannot alter the digital file for any reason except decimation for smaller file size, scaling for printing, or other necessary print process edits (such as hollowing, splitting, etc.) 
    • You MAY customize a model once it has been printed. Common hobby courtesy and etiquette still applies.
  • You cannot reproduce pieces made with or from these files. This includes casting custom sculptures which prominently feature part or whole of these files. Contact Hexed Hooves if you're ever unsure.
  • You will do your due diligence in cleaning and curing your prints correctly if using a resin printer, and will not knowingly use harmful materials (such as glass or carbon fiber filaments if printing FDM,) and will not sell models which hold uncured resin, shed splinters, or are otherwise hazardous to be around.
  • You are not Alexandra Heaven/Horns from Heaven (HFH), are not affiliated with Alexandra Heaven/Horns from Heaven (HFH), and that this file will not find its way into the hands of Alexandra Heaven/Horns from Heaven (HFH).
  • You will not print any of my files on a Bambu printer, nor will you run my designs, files, or other work through generative AI or use it to train generative AI models under ANY circumstances.

Credit to Hexed Hooves when selling painted copies is required.
